Our Involvement with FIRST.
Started the FIRST robotics program at Kalani HS in 2009. Since then we have participated at 3 Hawaii Regional Events and the 2010 national competition.
We participate in the FRC program and hold our own robotics academy and tournament for the FLL program.
How the Team Works.
A student oriented program.
Our program is 100% run only by student and 100% supported by our Mentors, Community, and Family. We split into the following categories.
Mechanical : In charge of all building aspects of the robot, maintenance of the tools, and CAD rendering.
Electrical : In charge of all electrical aspects of the robot and programming.
Public Relations : In charge of Advertisement material, community outreach, maintenance of website, and also miscellaneous competitions such as the Animation competition, video competition, etc. Also included are the photographers and video team.
